Descrição da Função

Want to actually own what you build, instead of just maintaining someone else's setup?

This isn't your typical fintech role. The company is tackling problems that are genuinely complex, not just reworking the same old ideas. Things are moving quickly, the team is growing, and there's a real opportunity to come in and have an impact rather than just slot into a predefined role. The culture is straightforward : people are trusted to get on with their work, take ownership, and be accountable. At the same time, it's a team that cares about building things well and supporting each other.

You won't be stuck working on a small piece of someone else's roadmap. You'll have real ownership of the cloud infrastructure ,shaping how things are built, making key decisions, and helping set the direction as the platform scales.

Responsibilities:

  • Working across Azure : designing and running infrastructure.
  • Writing infrastructure as code with Terraform and Terragrunt.
  • Building CI/CD pipelines (mainly with GitHub Actions).
  • Focusing on automation, scalability, and systems that are reliable in the long run.
  • Working with containers, and thinking through networking, security, and identity in a meaningful way.

Qualifications

  • Experience working with Azure in production environments.
  • Genuinely strong with Terraform and Terragrunt, those are core to the role.
  • Experience with CI/CD and containerised environments is also important.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in automation and scalability.
  • Understanding of networking, security, and identity management.
