Job Description Real Time Analyst (RTA)

We are looking for a Real Time Analyst (RTA) to join a dynamic project in Lisbon. This role plays a key part in real time operational management, ensuring the right balance between service levels, productivity and team wellbeing.

Responsibilities

Monitor real time performance to ensure SLA and KPI compliance

Analyse call volumes, traffic and operational performance throughout the day

Identify deviations and implement immediate corrective actions

Support operational decision making in close collaboration with management teams

Maintain and update real time reports and dashboards

Ensure adherence to schedules and workforce planning

Required Profile

Previous experience in RTA, Workforce Management or similar roles (preferred)

Strong analytical skills and data driven mindset

Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions

Good communication skills and team spirit

Proficiency in reporting tools and Excel (considered a plus)
