The Role - Waiter / Waitress

As part of the front-of-house team, you are the first point of contact with our guests - setting the tone for the experience from the moment they walk in.

This is not just about taking orders. It's about understanding the rhythm of the room, being present, attentive, and creating a service that feels natural, confident, and consistent.

What You'll Be Responsible For

• Delivering a warm, attentive and genuine service
• Creating a seamless guest experience from arrival to departure
• Having full knowledge of the menu, product, and daily specials
• Communicating clearly with the kitchen and the team
• Handling allergies and special requests with care and precision
• Ensuring accuracy in orders and service flow
• Contributing to a strong team dynamic on the floor
• Supporting the overall rhythm and energy of the space
• Identifying opportunities to enhance the guest experience (including upselling, naturally and without pressure)

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in hospitality is valued
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working in fast-paced environments
• A team player with a proactive attitude
• Attention to detail and a sense of responsibility
• Calm under pressure and solution-oriented
• Fluent in Portuguese and English
