AUTOMAISE is based in Braga, Portugal and is developing an AI automation platform to rapidly build productivity solutions for Customer Care and Operations. We offer a no-code/low-code platform that enables brands to automate complex processes within incredibly short timeframes, helping organizations supercharge digital transformation strategies.
About the role
Are you passionate about discovering exceptional talent and building teams that thrive? At Automaise, we're looking for a Talent Growth Specialist to take our recruitment efforts to the next level while supporting key HR initiatives that help our people grow and succeed.
This is a dynamic, high-impact role where you'll be the driving force behind identifying, attracting, and onboarding top talent - all while playing a hands-on role in HR operations that keep our team engaged, supported, and aligned.
You'll lead end-to-end hiring processes and collaborate closely with hiring managers and leadership to understand talent needs and bring in the right people at the right time. At the same time, you'll support the employee journey - from onboarding and training to development and performance.
We want someone who's not just filling roles - but helping shape the future of Automaise.
We count on you to:
Talent Acquisition (your main mission):
- Own the full recruitment lifecycle - from identifying hiring needs, sourcing and engaging candidates, to conducting interviews and driving a smooth onboarding experience
- Build and manage a strong talent pipeline while continuously improving the candidate experience
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring strategies
- Use creative sourcing techniques to attract top talent across different roles and markets
People & HR Support (your secondary focus):
- Assist with onboarding and orientation to ensure new hires feel welcomed and equipped
- Support employee training, development, and engagement initiatives
- Help with performance review processes and tracking progress
- Manage and maintain accurate HR documentation and internal systems
- Support the planning of internal events and team activities
- Assist with general administrative and operational HR tasks
As a Talent Growth Specialist, we expect you to have:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business or similar;
- Proven experience (+5 years) in recruitment or talent acquisition (in-house or agency);
- Some background or interest in general HR processes is a plus;
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities;
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills;
- Detail-oriented and highly organized;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- A proactive mindset and the ability to work independently;
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team;
- Adaptability to a dynamic work environment;
- Proficient English.
