We are hiring! Sales Manager (HVAC) - Portugal
BAUF is a European brand focused on high-quality climate control solutions, including air conditioning and heat pump systems for residential and commercial use.
As part of our expansion in Portugal, we are opening a new distribution center and are looking for an experienced Sales Manager (HVAC) to develop and manage a network of installers in the Lisbon area.
Key responsibilities
- Build and develop a strong network of HVAC installers across Portugal
- Identify and onboard new installation partners
- Maintain long-term relationships with installers and provide ongoing support
- Present and promote BAUF products and solutions to installers
- Support partners with product knowledge and commercial conditions
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity
Profile
- Proven experience working with HVAC installers in Portugal
- Existing network of installers is a strong advantage
- Good understanding of the local HVAC market
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Results-oriented and proactive mindset
- Fluent Portuguese and good level of English
- Availability to travel within Portugal
