We are looking for an Identity and Access Management Specialist.
Main Tasks:
Run Dimension:
- Record and manage external collaborator access (e.g., NIM, NIMI, NIMOS, OSTRUM) in the RPG system.
- Execute daily tasks related to managing access rights for various resources, including folders, distribution lists, mailboxes, and applications.
- Conduct regular audits and controls of access rights to ensure compliance and security.
- Collaborate and coordinate effectively with TRM (Technology Risk Management) teams.
Projet Dimension:
- Respond to business requirements for the integration of new tools and applications into the Information System, ensuring secure and compliant access management.
- Track and manage requests for changes to business and Groupe BPCE tools concerning access and security.
- Address and implement new TRM requirements related to identity and access management.
The Objectives Will Include:
- Drivecontinuous improvement.
- Increasing satisfaction among our business stakeholders.
- Expanding the scope of CSL activities to include additional LoD1 (Level 1) activities.
- Contributing to the setup of a local team to effectively interact with offshore operations.
- Fostering knowledge sharing within the organization to enhance team satisfaction and operational resilience.
- Promoting proactive communication and a security-conscious culture.
Performance and Improvement Goals (Pôle CSL AWM):
- Implement Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure CSL activity and improve visibility.
- Execute and consolidate the tracking of Change and Incident Management KPIs from group entities.
- Maximize standardization and automate the generation of all KPIs.
- Establish and maintain a common knowledge base for CSL operations.
- Enhance the knowledge capacity of the IAM team to reduce risks during periods of leave or absence.
Your Profile and Skills
- Proven experience in Identity and Access Management.
- Familiarity with access management concepts and tools.
- Understanding of IT security principles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
- Fluent in English (C1/C2).
Hybrid work model, with presence required in Lisbon office.
