The job

We are looking for an enthusiastic HR & Talent Intern to join our People team! This is a 9-month paid internship, eligible under the IEFP internship program (6 months through IEFP, followed by 3 additional months with us).

As an intern, you will have the opportunity to support and learn about various HR functions - from recruitment and onboarding to employee engagement and compliance - while working closely with our Head of People & Culture and Head of Learning & Development. It's a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, people-focused environment!

What you will be doing:

• Support in sharing essential HR information and documentation with employees.
• Help maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
• Assist in recruitment processes (job postings, CV screening, interview coordination).
• Participate in onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and internal events.
• Assist in drafting internal policies, communications, and training materials.
• Help ensure compliance with HR procedures and data handling.
• Conduct research on best practices in HR and contribute with ideas for improvement.
• Support HR reporting and help analyse key metrics.

What we are looking for:

• Eligible for IEFP internship program - please check your eligibility on the IEFP website.
• Educational background or training in Human Resources, Psychology, Management or related fields.
• Interest in developing a career in HR.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Comfortable using digital tools and platforms.
• Proactivity, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
• Good level of English (written and spoken).
