Mission
Integration into the Human Resources Department of Alter Solutions Group, which is now transitioning into a new brand: act digital. Supporting administrative HR processes in a multicultural and dynamic environment. You will contribute to the employee experience, ensuring operational excellence in HR procedures.
Responsibilities
• Management of employee records and documentation (contracts, amendments, declarations, etc.)
• Support in onboarding and offboarding processes
• Handling absences, holidays, leaves and time & attendance control
• Support in health and safety procedures and insurance processes
• Ensuring compliance with internal policies and legal obligations
• Maintaining HR databases and digital archives
• Preparing HR reports and dashboards to support decision-making
• Supporting audits and internal control processes
• First point of contact for employee requests related to HR operations
• Coordination with internal stakeholders and external partners (e.g., insurance providers)
Requirements
Hard Skills:
• Degree in Human Resources, Management, Psychology, or similar
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in administrative HR roles
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Fluent in Portuguese and English (spoken and written)
Soft Skills:
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Discretion and respect for confidentiality
• Proactive mindset and willingness to learn
• Team player with strong communication skills
