As a Customer Delivery Assistant, you will play a vital role in coordinating delivery tasks, optimizing service performance, and promoting the best customer experience.

Mission:
Coordinate customer delivery tasks with the shared service center team, agency, and customer. Optimize service delivery performance and promote a superior customer experience.
Functions:
- Customs Declaration Management: Handle local customs declarations efficiently.
- Cargo Release: Perform cargo release tasks, including on-carriage and empty return coordination.
- Pre-Invoicing Controls & Invoicing: Ensure accurate pre-invoicing checks and manage invoicing processes.
- Notice of Arrival (NOA): Prepare and send notices of arrival to customers.
- Idle Situations & Escalations: Monitor and follow up on idle situations, escalating issues when necessary.
- Product & Service Promotion: Participate in promoting relevant products or services to customers.
- System Modifications: Manage and coordinate system changes with the involved teams.
- Customer Service Support: Provide guidelines and support to the customer service team on processes, disputes, and customer profiles.
Skills Required:
- Customer Focus: Strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
- Teamwork: Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Troubleshooting: Problem-solving skills to address and resolve issues efficiently.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in English and Portuguese.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with software and IT applications relevant to customer care and logistics.
