Description

• Assist in preparing documentation for monthly and quarterly closing processes;
• Perform account reconciliations (bank, suppliers, and clients);
• Support monitoring of accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accurate records;
• Collaborate with external accounting providers to ensure proper booking of entries;
• Maintain organized and compliant financial documentation;
• Support audit processes and assist in preparing basic accounting reports.

Profile

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Management, Accounting, or a related field;
• Fluent in English (French is a plus);
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Office tools;
• Basic understanding of database management;
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail;
• Good organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks;
• Proactive, autonomous, and able to take initiative;
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset;
• Good time management and prioritization abilities.
