Description

• Define and deploy category strategies and action plans aligned with Group Offer;
• Drive product category performance (sales, margin, total cost of ownership), leveraging both business and digital insights;
• Manage pricing strategies and value proposition to ensure competitiveness and profitability;
• Identify gaps in product assortment and uncover new growth opportunities;
• Coordinate go-to-market plans in collaboration with marketing, e-commerce, and sales teams;
• Benchmark competitors and market trends to inform decision-making;
• Support local teams with category expertise, product recommendations, and key commercial initiatives;
• Contribute to process improvement and lead cross-functional or European-level projects.

Profile

• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in category management, product management;
• Strong analytical and digital mindset, with experience in performance tracking and data-driven decision-making;
• Solid understanding of range management and multi-channel;
• Availability to travel regularly within Iberia;
• Fluent Portuguese, English and Spanish.
