Description

• Lead the day-to-day operations of the hotel, ensuring exceptional service standards and guest experience;
• Define and execute the unit's strategy, aligned with business objectives and growth targets;
• Manage P&L, budgets, and key performance indicators;
• Build, develop, and inspire high-performing, multidisciplinary teams;
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement, innovation, and market positioning.

Profile

• Solid experience as a Hotel Manager or in senior hotel leadership roles, ideally within an international context;
• Strong leadership capabilities, combining strategic thinking with a hands-on approach;
• In-depth knowledge of hotel operations (Rooms Division, F&B, Revenue Management, etc.);
• Resilient, adaptable, and results-driven mindset;
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
