Your new role
This is a hybrid role that combines technical leadership with functional consulting. As a Dynamics 365 specialist, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering marketing and event-driven solutions, supporting the organisation’s digital transformation journey.
You will partner closely with marketing, CRM and business stakeholders, translating their requirements into scalable solutions within the Dynamics 365 ecosystem. From designing customer journeys and event experiences to ensuring seamless system integrations, you will take ownership of end-to-end implementations.
Additionally, you will contribute to the evolution of the platform by leveraging modern capabilities such as automation and AI, helping improve campaign performance, data quality and overall marketing effectiveness.
What you'll need to succeed
You bring a strong combination of technical expertise and business understanding within the Microsoft ecosystem:
Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Insights Journeys (segmentation, orchestration, events)
Solid development skills in C#, JavaScript and Power Platform (Power Automate, model-driven apps)
Experience integrating systems via APIs, Azure services or similar technologies
Understanding of marketing processes, data governance and consent management
Familiarity with event-driven solutions and customer engagement platforms
Experience working in Agile environments (Azure DevOps or similar)
Strong communication skills and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
Fluency in English
