Your new role
This role sits at the intersection of technology, sales and user experience. As a Dynamics 365 specialist, you will be responsible for designing and delivering scalable sales solutions, with a strong focus on mobile adoption and field usability.
Working closely with Sales and business stakeholders, you will translate requirements into end-to-end solutions covering lead management, opportunity tracking and pipeline governance. You will also play a key role in improving how sales teams interact with systems in real-world scenarios — particularly through mobile-first experiences built on the Power Platform.
From configuring the platform to integrating systems and enabling automation, you will contribute to a more efficient, data-driven and user-friendly sales ecosystem.
What you'll need to succeed
You bring both technical expertise and business understanding within the Dynamics 365 landscape:
- Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Sales (lead, opportunity, account processes)
- Strong development skills in C#, JavaScript and Power Platform (Power Automate, apps)
- Experience designing mobile-first solutions using Power Apps
- Solid understanding of integrations (APIs, Azure or similar technologies)
- Familiarity with Agile delivery and tools such as Azure DevOps or GitHub
- Strong communication skills and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
- Fluency in English
