Medical company opening a Shared Services in Lisbon.
Your new role:
As part of a dynamic and growing team, you’ll have the chance to make a meaningful impact as a Customers service assistant in this Shared Service Centre. You´ll ensure the accurate and efficient handling of all incoming orders.
Main tasks:
Manage orders from Nordic customers, focusing on Swedish clients;
Responde to routine inquiries related to orders, invoices, deliveries, and pricing;
Set up customer accounts and assist in preparing for automation;
Participate in cross-selling and refer customers to appropriate products or services;
Ensure all internal systems and process and compliant on an annual basis.
What you need to be successful:
Minimum 2 year of experience in customer service / similar role;
Strong customer service orientation;
Effective verbal and written communication skills in Swedish (native preferred);
English Fluent;
Experience working with ERP systems: Oracle, Agile and Salesforce preferred;
Excel Skills;
Previous Shared Services professional environment is a nice to have.
