As part of a dynamic and growing team, you’ll have the chance to make a meaningful impact as a Claims Specialist in this Shared Service Centre.
The role of a Claims Specialist involves supporting the intake, processing, and investigation of product complaints from international markets:
- Analyzes product complaints and collaborates with customer service and distribution partners to collect data for complaint investigations;
- Conducts initial investigations and assesses failure modes;
- Assists in tracking and reporting complaints to support product quality teams and post-market surveillance requirements.
What you need to be successful:
Minimum 3 year of experience in a similar role;
Language Skills: French native and English Fluent (both mandatory);
Experience working with ERP systems: Oracle, Agile and Salesforce preferred;
Previous Shared Services professional environment is a nice to have.
