We are looking to strengthen our team with a:

Banqueting Manager (M/F)



Mission

The Banqueting Manager will be responsible for supervising and coordinating all event, conference, and banquet operations, ensuring service excellence in F&B from preparation to execution. This role involves team leadership, operational planning, client service, and administrative management of the department.




Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the entire operation of the Conference & Events Center;
  • Supervise and coordinate both permanent and temporary banquet teams during events, ensuring efficiency and service quality;
  • Plan events and organize the logistics of human resources, materials, and equipment required for banquets;
  • Ensure service excellence by greeting clients, responding to their requests, and exceeding their expectations;
  • Prepare rooms, organize layouts, and ensure the smooth running of banquets;
  • Monitor hygiene, cleanliness, and organization of service areas in compliance with safety and quality standards;
  • Maintain efficient and clear communication with other hotel departments to ensure seamless event coordination;
  • Ensure accurate execution of service orders, making sure all event details and requirements are met as planned;
  • Manage the events warehouse and its inventory (equipment, furniture, tableware, glassware, etc.) in coordination with the F&B Management and Stewarding Team.




Perfil do Candidato

  • Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience, preferably in luxury hospitality, banqueting, catering, and/or events;
  • Degree or diploma in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or related fields;
  • Proven ability to manage teams, fostering motivation, development, and performance;
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written);
  • High resilience, results-oriented mindset, and strong attention to detail.
