You will join a fast-growing, product-led technology organisation operating in the B2B SaaS sector, delivering mission-critical software to international customers. The company works at the intersection of technology and operations, supporting clients across multiple countries and helping them modernise processes through scalable, high-performance platforms.
Your new role
As an Account Executive, you will act as the main commercial point of contact for a portfolio of mid-to-large B2B customers, managing relationships, understanding business needs and driving revenue growth through upselling and renewals.
You will work closely with internal product and delivery teams, ensuring customer requirements are clearly understood and translated into value-driven solutions.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing and developing relationships with Tier II / III customers.
- Acting as the primary point of contact for commercial and relationship matters.
- Leading regular customer meetings to gather feedback, understand strategy and ensure satisfaction.
- Coordinating customer requests with product and technical teams, including custom development needs.
- Negotiating pricing, upsells and contract renewals.
- Identifying opportunities for cross-sell and upsell based on customer usage and objectives.
- Maintaining accurate customer records and pipeline information in CRM tools, and also experience in SaaS.
- Supporting scalable, process-driven account management practices.
What you’ll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- At least 3 years’ experience in a B2B Account Executive or Account Management role.
- Proven experience working in technology, SaaS or startup environments.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with a consultative approach to sales.
- Experience managing multiple customers and commercial discussions in parallel.
- The ability to understand customer business challenges and translate them into product opportunities.
- A proactive, ownership-driven mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional and international teams.
- Fluency in Portuguese and English; additional European languages are a strong advantage.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and collaboration platforms such as Jira or Confluence.
