Our client is a leading international company operating in a fast-paced and innovative environment. They are currently seeking a Tech Procurement Specialist (m/f/d) to join their Global Procurement team, focusing on the Tech category.
The Role
This is a strategic procurement position focused on supplier negotiations, category management, cost optimization, and stakeholder engagement. The successful candidate will manage a broad range of Technology spend categories, including software, hardware, infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, data centers, licensing, and IT services.
Your Responsibilities:
- Lead sourcing initiatives and supplier negotiations across Technology categories.
- Deliver Procurement KPIs, including cost savings and working capital optimization.
- Develop and execute category strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Support RFP/RFQ processes and supplier selection activities.
- Identify opportunities to optimize spend and generate business value.
- Manage supplier relationships, performance, and contract negotiations.
- Assess supplier risk, financial stability, and commercial viability.
- Drive procurement improvement and transformation initiatives.
- Monitor market trends and technology developments to support strategic decision-making.
Your Profle
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Native Portuguese Speaker with fluency in English (mandatory).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Procurement.
- Strong negotiation, project management, and Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
- Experience working with international stakeholders.
- Proven ability to manage multiple deliverables under tight deadlines.
- Experience with Coupa (nice to have).
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
