Your new role
As a Workday Consultant, you will be responsible for optimising and maintaining the Workday HCM platform to meet global business needs. Your role will involve configuring modules, managing integrations, and supporting end-users across multiple regions. You will lead feature implementations, ensure data accuracy, and act as a trusted advisor to HR and business stakeholders, translating requirements into efficient Workday solutions.
Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain Workday HCM modules, including Compensation and Reporting & Integrations.
- Oversee data migration and EIB loads, ensuring accuracy and compliance with global standards.
- Provide expert troubleshooting and end-user support to resolve issues promptly.
- Collaborate with HR teams and stakeholders to align system functionality with business objectives.
- Implement new Workday features, conduct testing, and deliver training sessions.
- Stay current with Workday updates and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
- Manage multiple projects and priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
What you’ll need to succeed
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in Workday HCM configuration and support.
- Strong knowledge of Compensation, Reporting, Integrations, and EIB processes.
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
- Analytical mindset, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail.
- Organised, trustworthy, and able to work under pressure.
- Tech-savvy with a continuous learning approach.
