The Role: Wholesale & Logistics Coordinator

We're looking for a Wholesale & Logistics Coordinator to support our growing international wholesale business. You'll play a dual role: making sure operations run smoothly behind the scenes, while helping us expand our global network of retail partners on the front line.

This is the perfect opportunity if you're looking to have a full view of how a fashion/lifestyle brand grows across borders.

What You'll Do

B2B Sales & Client Support

• Research and connect with new stores aligned with our brand's energy and aesthetic
• Build and manage relationships with retailers across multiple markets
• Be the first line of support for our wholesale clients - answering questions and guiding orders
• Help launch new collections with email campaigns, line sheets, and virtual presentations

Wholesale & Logistics Support

• Upload products to Shopify: SKUs, prices per market, tags, HS codes, descriptions
• Create and manage sales materials: line sheets, catalogs, order forms
• Prepare export and shipping documents: invoices, packing lists, export declarations
• Coordinate restocks, process invoices, and track order/payment status

Reporting & Events

• Help track wholesale performance with simple dashboards and monthly reporting
• Assist and participate in organizing trade shows and international fairs: flights, samples, logistics, and materials

Who You Are

• Detail-oriented, organized, and ready to roll up your sleeves
• A strong communicator (Portuguese & English fluency required)
• Curious about fashion, retail, and global brand building
• Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets (Shopify is a bonus)
• Excited by a fast-moving, collaborative environment where no two days are the same
