We're growing fast and are looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented, and resourceful Junior Operations Manager to join our Lisbon HQ and help us scale smarter.This is a unique opportunity for someone early in their career to gain 360º experience in operations - from global supply chain coordination to

warehouse and delivery performance.


What you'll be doing:

  • Supply Chain Management: Coordinate end-to-end operations, from overseas production orders to container shipments and customs clearance in Europe.
  • Warehouse Management: Liaise with our 3PL partners to ensure accurate stock handling, timely inbound processing, and smooth outbound flows. Monitor inventory levels and stock movements across multiple locations.
  • Logistics Coordination: Work closely with our logistics partners to manage inventory flows, inbound deliveries, and ensure timely restocking of products.
  • Forecasting & Planning: Support demand forecasting and purchasing cycles to ensure optimal stock levels across multiple warehouses.
  • Issue Resolution & Incident Tracking: Be the point of contact for operational issues - from delays and damages to lost parcels - and ensure fast, proactive resolution.
  • Customer Delivery Follow-Up: Oversee final-mile delivery performance and proactively follow up on customer orders when needed.
  • Customer Care: Respond to customer tickets with clarity and empathy, ensuring timely resolutions and a smooth post-purchase experience.

  • What we're looking for:

    • 1-2 years of experience in operations, logistics, supply chain or related roles (e-commerce or consumer goods is a plus).
    • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with a "get-things-done" mindset.
    • Comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
    • Fluent in English (mandatory) and proficient in at least one other European language (e.g. Spanish, French, German) or Chinese (Mandarin).
    • Based in Lisbon or open to working primarily from our office.
