We are hiring Junior Project Engineer (Industrial Construction)

Location Sines (or residing within 60120 km radius)

We are looking for a motivated Junior Project Engineer (or Assistant Project Manager) to join a high-impact industrial project in Sines. This is a unique opportunity to gain exposure to large-scale construction while working side-by-side with the Project Manager in one of Portugals most strategic industrial developments.

What youll do

• Support the Project Manager in day-to-day activities
• Assist with site reporting and tracking construction progress
• Participate in meetings and negotiations with contractors
• Be on-site, actively monitoring works and subcontractors from October onwards
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and ensure execution aligns with project plans

What were looking for

• Degree in Civil Engineering
• 37 years of experience in industrial construction or from a construction company with industrial projects
• Good communication and reporting skills
• Proactive, detail-oriented and with strong team spirit
• Willingness to be based in Sines or commute regularly to site

Location & Support

• Candidates living within 60120 km of Sines will receive a mobility allowance
• Candidates outside this radius may be offered shared accommodation
