Our company is a leading luxury travel company with 14+ years of experience delivering high-end private tours across Portugal.

We specialize in tailor-made travel experiences for international guests - especially from the U.S. - including private transportation, historical tours, wine routes, and cultural journeys. We're now expanding our office team and looking for a dynamic, service-driven individual to join us!

If you're fluent in English, passionate about travel, living in Lisbon/Cascais area, and love helping others make unforgettable decisions, this is your chance to work in a growing company with a young and dedicated team.

Your Role:

- Back office support for sales and operations

- Communicate with international clients (mostly from the U.S.)

- Prepare personalized proposals and travel suggestions

- Assist with quotes, itineraries, and follow-up on bookings

- Coordinate with our team of private guides and drivers

What We're Looking For:

- Fluent or native-level English (written and spoken)

- Previous experience in customer support, sales, or travel (min. 1 year)

- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

- Comfortable using email, web tools, and CRM systems

- Team spirit, attention to detail, and ability to multitask

- Should live in Lisbon/Cascais area, and comfortable commuting to our office in Cascais
