Your Role & Responsibilities
We are seeking a highly experienced Technical Project Manager (TPM) to lead and drive complex, cross-functional technology initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record in project management. You will be responsible for managing multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery, and aligning them with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Strategic Planning:
Collaborate with stakeholders to define program scope, objectives, and deliverables. Develop and maintain detailed program plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Cross-Functional Coordination:
Coordinate and manage activities across multiple teams, including engineering, product management, operations, and other departments, to ensure successful program execution.
• Risk Management:
Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks. Develop contingency plans to address potential issues and ensure program resilience.
• Stakeholder Communication:
Act as the primary point of contact for program-related communications. Provide regular updates to senior leadership, stakeholders, and team members on program status, progress, and challenges.
• Technical Expertise:
Utilize your technical background to understand complex systems and provide guidance on technical decisions. Facilitate discussions between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Process Improvement:
Continuously improve program management processes, methodologies, and tools to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications & Experience
- 8+ years of experience in technical project management or a related field.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex technology projects.
- Experience in leading cross-functional teams and driving large-scale programs.
- Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and other program management methodologies.
- Exposure to technical background with experience in software development, systems architecture, or related areas.
Leadership Skills:
o Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
o Ability to influence and drive alignment among diverse stakeholders.
Problem-Solving:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen ability to identify and resolve issues proactively.
Communication:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
