What are we looking for?

At Softtek, we're looking for experienced professionals (up to 15 years) across various technologies and platforms, depending on the project needs. Roles range from Developers to Tech Leads, all within high-impact projects in collaborative and global environments.

What do we value?

• Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or similar
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Fluent English (Portuguese and Spanish are a plus)
• Strong problem-solving skills and critical thinking
• Commitment to delivery quality
• Hands-on experience and the ability to design complex solutions
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, JIRA, and Confluence
• Knowledge of the Energy & Utilities sector and GDPR (valued)

Open opportunities:

1? Mulesoft Specialist

• Solid experience in Mulesoft
• Strong integration and complex solution design skills

2? Technical Consultant (generalist)

• Similar to the above, without the Mulesoft requirement

3? Tech Lead - DataHub Project

• Experience in Azure Data Factory, Databricks, Power BI, PySpark, Azure SQL, Github, SAP (nice to have)

4? SAP IS-U Consultant

• Up to 10 years of experience with SAP IS-U
• Strong collaboration and quality-focused mindset
• Background in Energy & Utilities is a plus
