Your Mission Will Be:

• Partner with Hiring Managers to collaborate on defining hiring needs, aligning expectations, and creating tailored recruitment plans;
• Search for potential candidates on several platforms, like LinkedIn (Recruiter).
• Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools efficiently.
• Develop innovative sourcing strategies to identify and engage passive candidates;
• Conducting video interviews;
• Candidate Experience & Employer Branding: Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring journey. Act as a brand ambassador to attract and retain top talent;

What You'll Need:

• BSc or MSc in Human Resources, Psychology, or related fields;
• At least 1 year of experience in recruiting IT profiles;
• High motivation to be part of a dynamic team;
• Experience working with a LinkedIn recruiter;
• Fluency in Portuguese (spoken and written);
• Good level of English (spoken and written);
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain constructive and productive relationships
