The Talent Acquisition Specialist role involves managing end-to-end recruitment processes within the Global Business Services industry. The position is based in Lisbon and requires expertise in recruitment and talent acquisition strategies
Description
Key responsabilities:
- Take charge of recruitment for all our profiles utilizing appropriate methods to find the best candidates;
- Develop and implement strategies with internal and external sources to build and maintain a diverse pipeline of high-quality talent;
- Provide regular communication of recruitment status to key stakeholders and proactively provide hiring managers with recommendations; Continuously optimize the candidate experience, ensuring a smooth and positive journey for all applicants;
- Be part of the European HR team, with close collaboration with HR Stakeholders (e.g. HR Partner / HR Operations);
- Manage technical aspects of the recruitment process and reporting.
Profile
Approx. 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition role, e.g., recruitment in a search agency, company recruiter preferably in the financial services industry;
Experience in recruitment methods, e.g. active sourcing techniques, assessments and strategies. Experience with recruitment technologies and platforms. Experience with LinkedIn would be an advantage;
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships with candidates, internal stakeholders as well as recruitment agencies. A proactive, positive attitude with a willingness to tackle challenges head-on;
Stakeholder Management: Skilled in managing and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure recruitment goals are met;
Languages: Fluent in English and Portuguese. French language skills is a plus.
