Spa Therapist (M/F) – Sublime Comporta

We are looking to strengthen our team with:
SPA THERAPIST (M/F)
Responsibilities:- Perform massages and treatments;
- Provide guests with information about available treatments, programs, and products;
- Support the SPA reception when necessary;
- Have full knowledge of the Sublime SPA Menu and its specifics;
- Drive sales while ensuring excellent service delivery;
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards in the Spa;
- Provide information about the hotel and all available services;
- Handle complaints and suggestions, ensuring proper follow-up to maximize service standards;
- Carry out other tasks related to the role and SPA area.
Perfil do Candidato
- Certified training in the field;
- Resilience and ability to overcome challenges;
- Dynamism, proactivity, and autonomy;
- Teamwork mindset;
- Fluency in English;
- Minimum of 1 year of experience.
