Your new Role
As a Software Engineer, Salesforce you will be part of a cross-functional team working on optimizing and tailoring one of our Salesforce instances to our business needs.
There will be people from both business and IT within the same team, and you will be working in close collaboration with the rest of your team to keep improving the platform.
You and your team will be responsible for both development and maintenance work needed on the Salesforce instance, as well as integration towards other systems.
As a Software Engineer, Salesforce you will be responsible for: - Developing innovative solutions within our Salesforce portfolio;
- Collaborating with other tech and business communities to understand their needs and develop smart solutions;
- Finding opportunities for putting new features in Salesforce into use and to maximize the utilization of the platforms;
- Debugging and resolving technical issues;
- Performing code reviews to ensure high-quality code;
- Providing technical guidance and support to other team members.
What you will need to be succeed
To succeed as a Software Engineer, Salesforce you will need: - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field;
- Relevant Salesforce certifications, such as:
- Certified Administrator
- Platform App Builder
- Salesforce Developer
- JavaScript Developer- + 5 years of proven experience as a Salesforce Developer;
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce Platform;
- Proficiency in Apex, LWC, JavaScript, HTML and CSS;
- Experience with version control systems (such as Github);
- Experience with Java, K8s/Docker and Kafka would be a bonus;
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines;
- Strong communication and teamwork skills;
- Ability to mentor junior developers and contribute to a shared knowledge base;
- Commitment to continuous learning and improvement in both technical and soft skills.
