Join a Shared Services Centre being set up in Lisbon!

 Our Client
Our Client is creating a Shared Services Centre in Lisbon and recruiting for several positions, taking into account its business and needs.


Your New Role
The HR Department supports all Nordic Countries with full scope recruitment processes (from search and advertisement to interviews and candidate signing).

The team have direct communication with Candidates, Hiring Managers (HM) and other Team Members.

As a Talent Sourcer you will give advice regarding the recruitment process by selecting and hiring the right people for the Company.

As a Talent Sourcer you will be responsible for: 
  • Search and select candidates:
       - Understand different job profiles (particularly within IT and Technology
       - “Headhunting” based on job analysis from recruiters and HM 
       - Build talent pipeline 
       - Continuous development of search area
  • Screening Calls;
  • Administrative tasks:
      - Have direct communication with recruiters and HM
      - Support the Talent Acquisition Advisor and HM booking interviews
      - Participate in meetings with recruiters and HM 
      - Keep dialogue with the candidates during all recruitment process

What you will need to be succeed
To be succeed in this role, you will need:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Psychology (or similar);
  • 1-5 years of experience working with Search from junior profiles to management positions;
  • Experience working with recruitment and interviewing (would be a benefit);
  • Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS (such as Workday, Talentech, Teamtailor, etc.);
  • Experience working in large multinational Companies (would be a benefit);
  • Experience working with the Nordic Markets (would be a plus);
  • Great collaboration skills (have a positive and a “can do” attitude);
  • Ability and eagerness to learn and adopt quickly;
  • Excellent communication skills – Fluency in English (other languages would be a plus).
