Join a Shared Services Centre being set up in Lisbon!

Our Client
Our Client is creating a Shared Services Centre in Lisbon and recruiting for several positions, taking into account its business and needs.


Your New Role
The HR Department supports all Nordic Countries with full scope recruitment processes (from search and advertisement to interviews and candidate signing).

The team have direct communication with Candidates, Hiring Managers (HM) and other Team Members.

As a Talent Acquisition Advisor you will give advice regarding the recruitment process by selecting and hiring the right people for the Company.

As a Talent Acquisition Advisor you will be responsible for: 
  • Give HM advices during the recruitment process;
  • Create Job Descriptions and publish the adverts in different channels (internal and externally);
  • Do talent research (when needed);
  • Do administrative tasks in ATS;
  • Establish direct communication with the candidates;
  • Manage Interviews Schedule;
  • Conduct interviews with HM;
  • Support the Hiring Managers with Technical Assessments;
  • Send assessment information to the candidates;
  • Do Professional References Check;
  • Manage background checks.

What you will need to be succeed
To be succeed in this role, you will need:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Psychology (or similar);
  • 1-5 years of experience working with Recruitment (preferably on the Consulting side, but could also be in-house in a large multinational Company);
  • Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Search Tools and ATS (such as Workday, Talentech, Teamtailor, etc.);
  • Experience writing Job Advertisements;
  • Experience working with IT and Tech recruitment processes (nice to have);
  • Experience working with the Nordic Markets (would be a plus);
  • Great collaboration skills (have a positive and a “can do” attitude);
  • Ability and eagerness to learn and adopt quickly;
  • Excellent communication skills – Fluency in English (other languages would be a plus).
