Location Porto, Portugal

Youll work closely with business and technology teams to design, implement, and optimize ServiceNow solutions, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and innovation across the organization.

What Youll Do

Consult & Innovate

• Analyze business needs, challenges, and goals to design tailored ServiceNow solutions
• Define scalable, high-impact architectures that integrate seamlessly with existing systems
• Develop Proof of Concepts (POCs) to showcase the value of new solutions

Build & Deliver

• Lead cross-functional teams, including developers and administrators, to bring solutions to life
• Configure and customize ServiceNow modules and workflows to meet business requirements
• Ensure smooth integration between ServiceNow and other enterprise applications
• Oversee testing and validation, guaranteeing performance and reliability

Optimize & Evolve

• Train end-users and support teams to ensure seamless adoption
• Continuously monitor and optimize system performance
• Stay ahead of the curve by exploring new ServiceNow features, trends, and best practices

What Were Looking For

5 years of experience in ServiceNow architecture and implementation

Strong knowledge of the ServiceNow product suite, including

• HR Service Delivery Pro, Customer Service Management, ITSM Pro, IT Asset Management
• Security Operations, App Engine Studio, Automation Hub, IT Operations Management
• Hands-on experience with JavaScript in a ServiceNow environment
• Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills
• Ability to translate business needs into smart, scalable solutions

Nice-to-Haves (but not mandatory!)

ServiceNow certifications (Certified Technical Architect, Expert/Professional Application Developer)

Experience in SAFe Agile environments
