About the Role

Are you ready to be part of a global team driving innovation and digital transformation? We are looking for an experienced Solution Architect to lead the design and implementation of enterprise-level solutions, ensuring alignment with business and IT strategies.

In this role, you will define technology roadmaps, participate in architecture reviews, and ensure compliance with InfoSec standards. You will also bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders, effectively translating business needs into technical solutions.

What Were Looking For

15 years of experience in Java/J2EE, including 8 years in solution design and architecture

Strong expertise in Microservices, Spring Boot, Angular, Docker, Kubernetes, and DevSecOps

Solid understanding of on-premise, hybrid solutions, and integration technologies

Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, preferably Azure

TOGAF certification is a plus

Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Experience in stakeholder management

Familiarity with CI/CD, Test-Driven Development, and DevOps

Passion for technology, innovation, and continuous learning

Experience working in Agile environments

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent

10 years of experience in IT or an engineering environment (a relevant advanced degree may offset some experience)
