Your new role:
- Provide initial technical support and troubleshoot incidents at the first point of contact.
- Resolve issues effectively using knowledge bases and standard operating procedures.
- Respond to customer inquiries, clarifying issues and gathering relevant information.
- Advise customers on standard services and service catalog offerings.
- Investigate, diagnose, and resolve incidents within defined service level targets.
- Apply problem-solving techniques to identify underlying issues and contribute to problem management.
What you need to be successful:
- 2-3 years of experience in a Service Desk or IT Support role.
- Fluent in both English and Dutch (speaking and writing).
- Experience with Windows Server environments.
- Basic knowledge of SQL.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
