Your new role:

• Lead Salesforce Data Cloud solution design and implementation for healthcare.
• Define data models, identity resolution, and segmentation strategies.
• Integrate data from diverse sources (EHRs, CRMs, marketing platforms).
• Ensure compliance with healthcare data regulations (HIPAA, GDPR).
• Develop data ingestion pipelines and calculated insights.
• Support analytics teams with unified data views and insights.

What you need to be successful:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 5+ years Salesforce experience, including 1+ year with Salesforce Data Cloud.
• Strong knowledge of data modeling, identity resolution, and real-time data processing.
• Healthcare industry expertise, understanding patient data and regulations (HL7, FHIR).
• Familiarity with Salesforce ecosystem (Marketing Cloud, Health Cloud, MuleSoft).
• Excellent communication skills in Portuguese and English.
