The company you're going to work at:  Exciting Opportunity to Work with a Leading IT Consultancy via Hays!

Your new role:

  • Provide initial IT support and resolve incidents at the first point of contact.
  • Respond to customer inquiries, clarify issues, and gather relevant information.
  • Advise customers regarding standard IT services and service catalog offerings.
  • Investigate, diagnose, and resolve incidents within agreed service level targets.
  • Apply problem-solving techniques to identify and contribute to problem management.

What you need to be successful:

  • 1-2 years of experience in the IT industry.
  • Basic knowledge of ITIL processes and ticketing systems.
  • Fluency in Dutch (written and oral).
  • Fluency in English (written and oral).
  • Availability to work in shifts.
