Your new role

You’ll be the driving force behind intuitive, inclusive experiences for complex web software. Working shoulder-to-shoulder with Product Owners, business stakeholders and engineering teams, you’ll translate customer outcomes into streamlined journeys and high-fidelity interfaces, while evolving a shared design system to ensure consistency across platforms. 

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end design process: discovery, concept, interaction, prototyping (low ? high fidelity) and validation. 
• Plan and run qualitative/quantitative research and usability testing; convert insights into actionable improvements. 
• Build and extend components within a design system to maintain cohesion across products and channels. 
• Collaborate in agile squads, balancing user needs, technical constraints and business priorities; facilitate workshops and co-creation sessions. 
• Champion accessibility and responsive behaviour across devices and screen sizes. 

What you’ll need to succeed

• Degree in HCI, Design or a related field (or equivalent industry experience). 
• 3–4+ years in UX/Product Design with a portfolio showcasing complex web applications. 
• Advanced Figma skills; confident across interaction design, responsive UI and prototyping. 
• Hands-on experience with user research and usability testing; clear, persuasive stakeholder communication. 
• Comfortable in agile environments; proactive, structured and collaborative by default. Fluency in English; French exposure is a plus.
