Description

Reporting directly to senior leadership, the Senior Project Manager will play a central role across both investment analysis and project execution.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting the investment phase, including feasibility studies, business plans, budgets and financial models
• Acting as a key interface between investment, design, construction and commercial teams
• Managing projects from pre-acquisition through to delivery and exit
• Coordinating architects, engineers, consultants, contractors and public authorities
• Overseeing project timelines, costs, quality and risk management
• Monitoring development budgets and cash flows, ensuring alignment with the approved business plan
• Supporting financing processes, lender requirements and reporting
• Contributing to value engineering and optimisation strategies throughout the project lifecycle

Profile

Ideal profile

• Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering
• MBA or postgraduate qualification with a strong finance focus (preferred)
• Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager within real estate development or construction
• Strong understanding of real estate investment, feasibility and financial drivers
• Solid knowledge of the Portuguese real estate and construction environment
• Ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders
• Strong analytical, organisational and communication skills
• Fluent in English (professional working level); Portuguese required
