Senior PPC Performance Marketing Manager

Location: Lisbon (Hybrid) 3 Days in the Office (Monday to Wednesday)

Experience: 4-5 years of industry experience


Do you have a knack for turning clicks into conversions? We're seeking highly skilled and results-driven Senior PPC Managers to lead and optimize our PPC campaigns, driving measurable growth and performance for our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategy Development: Create and implement performance marketing strategies across multiple platforms, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and others.
  • Campaign Management: Develop strategies, target audiences, and creative recommendations. Support customers on budget and revenue goals, with the freedom to grow top tier brands from the United States.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
  • Client Communication: Provide clear and actionable insights to optimize clients' marketing efforts, communicating effectively in English with CMOs and VPs of top-tier brands.
  • Problem Solving: Solve complex problems and develop innovative solutions to achieve business objectives.
  • Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing strategies.
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices to ensure campaigns are cutting-edge.
  • Mentorship: Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience (4+ years) (ideally 5) in performance marketing with a strong track record of successful campaigns and actively managing campaigns on Google Ads.
  • Proficiency in all major ad platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads); knowledge of additional platforms (TikTok, Bing, Pinterest, Twitter, Reddit) is a strong plus.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Business-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving measurable results for clients.
  • Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges.
  • High standards for work quality and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent English language skills - our clients are US-based and expect close to native fluency.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced knowledge of GA4 and other analytics tools.
  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and creatives for better performance.
  • Understanding of business and industry trends.
  • Empathy for client needs and a consultative approach to client relationships.
  • Proven experience in team management and delegation.
