Job Description

• Develop and oversee the overall SEO strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and industry best practices.
• Lead and manage a team of SEO specialists, providing guidance, direction, and performance evaluations.
• Collaborate with senior agency leadership to integrate SEO into broader marketing and business initiatives.
• Stay updated on industry developments, algorithm updates, AI (GEO), and other emerging trends, continually optimizing SEO strategies.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for SEO-related issues, offering expertise and guidance to agency stakeholders and clients.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, external partners, and platforms to strengthen SEO efforts and ensure a competitive advantage.
• Define and implement SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and improve rankings, including content optimization, site structure, and technical aspects. You will also be responsible for managing local SEO, developing link-building strategies, and monitoring performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities.

Requirements

• +8 years of experience with proven track record in team management and effective strategy development and implementation.
• Experience in leadership and team management.
• Advanced proficiency with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, GTM, and SEMrush.
• Strong analytical skills, ability to interpret SEO data and turn it into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to collaborate effectively with teams and management.
• Continuous monitoring of industry trends and algorithm updates.
• Solid knowledge of HTML/CSS, familiarity with CMS such as WordPress.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English (C2) are also essential requirements.
