HRIT People are working with a repulatable and growing SAP consulting partner in Portugal currently seeking two new hires in their team on a full-time permanent basis to focus on SAP SuccessFactors Integrations.
Applicants for the following position must reside in Lisbon and speak English. This is a hybrid position with 1-2 days a week in the Lisbon office
Job Overview:.
Our client is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Integration Specialist to manage and oversee the integration of SAP SuccessFactors with other enterprise applications and systems. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in SuccessFactors module integrations, data migration, and working with various middleware solutions to ensure seamless and efficient data flow.
This role will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing integration solutions, troubleshooting integration issues, and ensuring that the SAP SuccessFactors platform aligns with business processes across HR, Finance, and other key departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Integration Design & Development:
- Design and implement integration solutions between SAP SuccessFactors and other systems (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, SAP HR, third-party applications).
- Use integration tools like SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI), SAP PI/PO, Dell Boomi, or other middleware platforms.
- Develop and maintain integration objects, web services, and APIs.
System Configuration & Customization:
- Configure SAP SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central, Talent Management, Performance & Goals, Learning, Compensation, etc.) to work in alignment with business requirements.
- Implement custom features using SuccessFactors APIs (OData, SFAPI).
Data Migration:
- Plan and execute data migration strategies to move data from legacy systems to SAP SuccessFactors.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure data integrity and quality during the migration process.
- Conduct post-migration validation and troubleshooting.
Troubleshooting & Support:
- Diagnose and resolve issues related to integration, data flow, and system errors.
- Provide technical support and guidance for system users and integration teams.
- Work with SuccessFactors support and other vendors for issue resolution.
Key Requirements:
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Experience:
- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors integrations.
- Strong knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors modules, especially Employee Central and Talent Management.
- Experience with integration tools (e.g., SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI), SAP PI/PO, Dell Boomi).
- Hands-on experience in data migration from legacy HR systems to SAP SuccessFactors.
- Familiarity with HR business processes and workflows.
Technical Skills:
- Expertise in SuccessFactors APIs (SFAPI, OData, SOAP).
- Experience with middleware solutions like SAP CPI, SAP PI/PO, Dell Boomi, or MuleSoft.
- Proficiency in integration techniques and tools such as web services, XML, JSON, and RESTful APIs.
- Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA or other SAP applications.
- Strong understanding of HRIS systems, workflows, and data models.
