We are looking for a Application Support (Openshift) to join us in Lisbon.


Responsibilities:

  • Provide application support for applications in distributed microservices environments on Openshift.
  • Manage and resolve issues related to API support, preferably with experience in IBM API Connect.
  • Use ITSM systems (e.g., ServiceNow) to log and manage incidents and service requests.
  • Monitor application performance using APM tools like Dynatrace.
  • Review and analyze application logs using Kibana.
  • Automate processes using Python and bash scripts.


Requirements:

  • Experience in functional support of applications in a distributed microservices environment on Openshift (ideally 4+ years).
  • Experience in API support, preferably with IBM API Connect.
  • Basic knowledge of SQL.
  • Experience with Java.
  • Experience working with ITSM systems (e.g., ServiceNow).
  • Preferably experienced with APM tools (e.g., Dynatrace).
  • Preferably experienced in log consultation from a user perspective using Kibana.
  • Preferably experienced in process automation (Python/bash).
  • Availability for after-hours support.
  • Fluency in English.
