Your new role
As the Salesforce Development Manager, you will be the main point of contact for the business. You will lead, develop, and attract a team of Salesforce engineers, ensuring their personal growth and success in their assignments. You will collaborate with business partners and creative development teams to deliver extraordinary features that enhance customer experiences and drive growth for the eCommerce business. 

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of new Salesforce-based solutions.
• Develop and implement the competence strategy for Salesforce engineers within your team.
• Ensure architectural standards and long-term platform strategies are balanced with immediate business needs.
• Support agile methodologies and ensure compliance with development, data protection, architectural, regulatory, and internal control standards.
• Engage in day-to-day activities within delivery or product teams or contribute to specific assignments.

What you will need to succeed 

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Proven experience working with the Salesforce platform.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams in an Agile environment.
• Proven track record in solution design, best practices, and emerging trends.
• Excellent analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to find solutions.
• Proven success in developing, deploying, and driving adoption of applications and processes on the Salesforce platform.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with customers, consultants, and engineers.
• Knowledge/experience with Agile/Scrum methodology.
