This person will be responsible for sales, promotion and technical support to the customers in order to guarantee the right performance of both reagents and instruments, providing customers with solutions that adapt to their changing needs, creating a relationship of trust that will bring value to the Company in the medium and long term.

Description

  • Promote company solutions and advise customers on improving lab organization;
  • Concentrate efforts on "Value-Based Selling";
  • Perform demonstrations and build trust in company´s solutions;
  • Keep clients updated in new techniques, by providing product information and organizing special visits;
  • Train customers and ensure correct performance of the solutions;
  • Provide troubleshooting for technical enquiries;
  • Resolve product incidents at a technical level in coordination with specialists from the Business Unit and manufacturer companies;
  • Accountable for equipment installation in coordination with the Technical Service;
  • Follow-up with clients to uncover new opportunities for growth;
  • Manage a budget and identify business opportunities;
  • Supervise the service levels provided by the company's departments in the assigned accounts;
  • Responsible for the technical solution of the zGP;
  • Responsible for the technical interpretation of the tender documents and the preparation of the technical documents (in collaboration with KAM and Business Unit);
  • Assure the Compliance with Ethical Code.

Profile

  • Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences;
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in Sales and/or Marketing within the Healthcare Industry;
  • Knowledge in NGS is a plus;
  • Knowledge in Oncogenetics is a plus;
  • Strong team player and self-organized, able to prioritize tasks and deliver quality results, even under pressure;
  • Effective communicator, listens actively, participates constructively and excels in public speaking;
  • Ability to build trust-based and confident relationships with customers;
  • Reliable and accountable, consistently follows instructions meets deadlines and communicates alternative plans when needed;
  • Ability to anticipate change and adapt strategies based on market insights;
  • Strong sales and influencing skills;
  • Proficiency in English, both spoken and written (Spanish is a plus);
  • Travel requirements: up to 30% of the time.
