We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Manager to lead a team of AR accountants and be responsible for providing management with critical analysis and data usage to evaluate performance and support decision making.

Description

• Take responsibility for operational management of an up to 50 FTE team within Accounts Receivable
• Manage to integrate new countries in the existing environment
• Perform day-to-day business incl. operational execution of accounts receivable tasks and operational issue resolution
• Take responsibility for service quality and KPIs of the respective accounts receivable team
• Conduct people management activities for accounts receivable team
• Drive transfer of activities from international legal entities into the service organization
• Train new employees, document and review processes with existing team members
• Identify process standardizations and improvement opportunities
• Excellent collaboration with the HQ Accounting team and the regional accounting teams
• On Time delivery and accuracy of AR processes
• Ability to meet deadlines in the closing processes
• Drive improvements in financial processes and data whilst meeting deadlines
• Working in a matrix environment

Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance
• Professional experience of 7+ years in Accounting with deep and broad understanding of Accounts Receivable
• Fluent in English and Spanish
• Leadership experience and skills with performance orientation, good communication skills and assertiveness
• International financial knowledge or working for a central SSC is an advantage
• Strong analytical skills and desire to learn
• Ability to meet deadlines in a dynamic and fast paced environment
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask
• Interpersonal skills to establish and maintain excellent relationships and credibility
• Strong commitment, motivation, and high enthusiasm
• Team player with a good sense for different company/country cultures
