We are looking for Middle RPA Technical Support Analyst to join a dynamic IT team based in Porto, within the area of Robotic Process Automation (RPA). The role focuses on supporting UiPath software robots in a production environment, providing troubleshooting, process optimization, and end-user support.
Main Tasks:
- Support and monitor RPA processes (mainly in UiPath)
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues in a production environment
- Maintain documentation and performance reports
- Collaborate with development teams to enhance automation workflows
- Ensure quality assurance and compliance standards
- Provide training and share best practices with stakeholders
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in IT application support
- 3+ years working with UiPath (mandatory); other RPA tools are a plus
- Experience in troubleshooting and process improvement
- Programming knowledge (C# or VB.Net preferred)
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Fluent in English (B2+); French is a plus
Nice to Have:
- Experience with Agile, Atlassian stack, version control, Kibana, or Elastic Search.
Hybrid Role in Porto.
