The group currently includes:

  • One hotel, one beach club, and two restaurants in Comporta
  • One hotel and one restaurant in Lisbon

We are currently looking to strengthen our team with the hiring of a Director of Revenue (M/F) for Lisbon.


Responsibilities
  • Define and implement the group’s overall Revenue Management strategy
  • Analyze market trends, competition, and demand behavior
  • Manage pricing and distribution to maximize revenue and occupancy
  • Develop forecasts, budgets, and performance reports
  • Implement yield management strategies (RevPAR, ADR, occupancy)
  • Optimize distribution channels (direct and indirect)
  • Ensure reservation data quality and proper handling of all customer information (personal details, contacts, preferences, special requests), and communicate relevant information to all operational departments when necessary
  • Monitor and control reservation planning, taking appropriate actions (deposit collection, room category changes, etc.)
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure strategic alignment
  • Identify revenue growth opportunities and distribution cost optimization
  • Supervise and optimize the use of revenue systems and tools
  • Lead and develop the team, fostering a culture of analysis, innovation, and continuous improvement
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices, ensuring the continuous evolution of implemented strategies



Perfil do Candidato

Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Revenue Management roles, preferably in the hospitality industry
  • Experience in hotel reservations (front office/reservations) will be considered an advantage
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Management, Economics, or similar fields
  • Specialization in Revenue Management, Data Analytics, or related areas will be valued
  • Strong analytical skills and results-oriented mindset
  • Proficiency in Revenue Management tools and PMS systems
  • Solid knowledge of pricing, forecasting, and performance analysis
  • Strong ability to interpret data and market trends
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written) is mandatory
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with commercial, marketing, and operations teams
  • Strong strategic mindset with a focus on revenue maximization
