We are a top-rated boutique hostel in the heart of Faro, known for our attention to detail, warm atmosphere, and exceptional guest experience.

Our space is designed with care, and our team shares a genuine passion for hospitality.

We are currently looking for an experienced Receptionist to join our team full-time.

Your Role

You are more than just a receptionist - you are the face of our hostel. You create meaningful first impressions, connect with guests, and ensure every stay feels personal and memorable.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming guests with warmth and professionalism
• Managing check-ins and check-outs efficiently
• Handling reservations, emails, and guest communication
• Providing personalized local recommendations
• Ensuring a high level of service and guest satisfaction
• Working closely with the team to maintain our standards

Requirements

• Previous experience in hospitality is mandatory
• Fluent in English (additional languages ??are a strong plus)
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Friendly, professional, and guest-oriented personality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
