A global leader in cutting-edge mobility solutions is looking for a Region Procurement Associate (m/f/d) – German Speaker, to strengthen their Procurement department. 

Your new role 

Your core responsibilities include:

Expertise

• Purchase requests management
• Reporting & compliance activities
• Supporting plants and commodity buyers
• Internal documentation maintenance

Support & Optimization

• Identify and suggest implementation of possible process improvements and optimizations in order to improve efficiency
• Promote best practice across the department and across entities
• Knowledge Building,Experience sharing
• Get in contact with local entities in order to clarify possible needs

What you need to be successful

• Experience with purchasing and procurement process
• Fluent English and German level
• Experience in a shared service center is an asset
• Experience with reporting and analysis performance
• Good MS Office knowledge (advanced Excel) and knowledge of SAP is an advantage

• Bachelor degree in a relevant field
